Abdelkarim Skouri
Research Associate
Abdelkarim is a graduate in International Relations from LUISS University (Rome). Prior to this, he studied Political Science in Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (Rabat) and Sciences Po (Paris). He is interested in security, diplomacy, and political economy in the MENA region, and his master’s thesis was on the prospects of regional security cooperation in the Middle East.
Abdelkarim conducted internships in institutions such as the International Chamber of Commerce (Paris), the International Development Research Network (Paris), and the International Affairs Institute (Rome). He was also the founder of the Students Diplomatic Association (LUSDA) in LUISS University. Abdelkarim speaks Arabic, English, and French fluently, and has a conversational level of Italian.
