Musab Elgaed

Musab Elgaed is a co-founder and head of ‘Peace Makers Libya’, a group of non-political activists who have led several significant dialogue and mediation initiatives in Libya since January 2015.
Trained as a civil engineer, Musab earned a reputation as a credible mediator among Libyan social and political stakeholders. Under his guidance, the Peace Makers Libya has gained legitimacy both locally and internationally. It has also integrated a new generation of young leaders interested in reconciliation and state-building.
Musab Elgaed is currently the Libya-based director of the ‘Dialogue Platform for Libya’s Future’, a project implemented by Luiss Mediterranean Platform.
